Return & Refund Policy

At JT Plushies LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with quality plushies, trading cards, collectibles, toys, and other merchandise.
Please carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
JT Plushies LLC accepts eligible voluntary return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a voluntary return:
Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All original tags, accessories, and included materials must be present.
Products must be in their original condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers must contact JT Plushies LLC and receive return authorization before shipping merchandise back.
Returns requested outside the seven-day period may be declined unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Important: The seven-day period applies to voluntary returns, such as purchases made by mistake or changes of mind. It does not restrict any rights or remedies customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws for defective, damaged, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
2. Non-Returnable Merchandise
To protect product integrity, authenticity, and customer confidence, the following merchandise is generally considered final sale once opened or used:
Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and other trading card products.
Opened booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, and collectible card products.
Opened blind boxes and mystery merchandise.
Used plushies and toys.
Collectibles removed from their original sealed packaging.
Merchandise damaged through customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Exceptions: These restrictions do not apply when applicable law requires a refund, replacement, repair, or another remedy, including situations involving defective merchandise, incorrect products, or material misrepresentation.
Opening a product does not automatically eliminate legally protected consumer rights.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For approved voluntary returns resulting from a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
If JT Plushies LLC ships an incorrect product or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, JT Plushies LLC will cover reasonable return shipping expenses when a return is necessary, consistent with applicable law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns unless otherwise required by law.
4. Refunds and Store Credit
Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, JT Plushies LLC will notify the customer regarding the status of the return.
For approved voluntary returns, customers may select:
A refund to the original payment method.
Store credit for future purchases.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 7 business days following approval.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
When applicable consumer protection laws require a particular remedy, JT Plushies LLC will honor those requirements.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Customers are encouraged to inspect their purchases immediately upon delivery.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact JT Plushies LLC within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number.
Description of the issue.
Photographs of the product and packaging, when available.
JT Plushies LLC will evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or another remedy consistent with applicable law.
The seven-day reporting request does not eliminate or shorten any mandatory legal warranty, consumer protection period, or other applicable consumer right.
6. Preorders and Cancellations
JT Plushies LLC may offer preorders for upcoming trading card releases, collectibles, plushies, toys, and other merchandise.
Preorder purchases are subject to the following conditions:
Before Supplier Commitment
Customers may request cancellation and receive a full refund if JT Plushies LLC has not yet committed to a non-refundable supplier order.
After Supplier Commitment
Once JT Plushies LLC has committed to a non-refundable supplier order, voluntary cancellation requests may be restricted only when the applicable conditions were clearly disclosed before purchase and such restrictions are permitted by law.
A supplier's refusal to refund JT Plushies LLC does not automatically eliminate the customer's statutory rights.
Product Delays and Unavailability
Estimated release dates are subject to changes by manufacturers and distributors.
If JT Plushies LLC cannot fulfill a preorder, customers will be offered the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Any material changes to an order will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights concerning non-delivery, defective merchandise, misrepresentation, or other legally protected circumstances.
7. How to Request a Return
Customers must contact JT Plushies LLC before returning merchandise.

Please include your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Customers must receive return authorization and shipping instructions before sending merchandise.
Unauthorized returns may be refused to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
JT Plushies LLC works with third-party shipping carriers to deliver customer orders.
Delivery estimates are approximate unless expressly guaranteed.
If an order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, customers should contact JT Plushies LLC so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
JT Plushies LLC remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Consumer Protection and Legal Rights
JT Plushies LLC operates in Puerto Rico and recognizes the consumer protection requirements applicable to its business.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, eliminate, or restrict any non-waivable rights, warranties, or remedies available to customers under applicable Puerto Rico or United States law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
