At JT Plushies LLC, we strive to provide reliable, affordable, and efficient shipping services. Our goal is to ensure that customers receive their purchases safely while maintaining transparent shipping costs and realistic delivery expectations.
1. Shipping Destinations
JT Plushies LLC ships throughout Puerto Rico and all 50 United States.
Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times depend on the customer's location, package weight, dimensions, and available carrier services.
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States and Puerto Rico.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
Standard Shipping
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Priority Shipping
Priority processing within 1 business day.
Orders receive priority during preparation.
Processing times do not include carrier transportation time.
During unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified of significant delays when reasonably possible.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
JT Plushies LLC primarily ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping — USPS Ground Advantage
Our most economical shipping option.
Priority Shipping — USPS Priority Mail
A faster shipping option, subject to carrier availability.
Shipping charges are determined by the package's weight, dimensions, destination, and available shipping service.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes their purchase.
Customers will never be charged additional shipping fees after checkout without their express agreement.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Puerto Rico
Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days.
Priority Shipping: Delivery estimates depend on USPS service availability.
United States — All 50 States
Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–10 business days.
Priority Shipping: Delivery estimates depend on USPS service availability and destination.
These estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Actual transit times may vary, and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Free Shipping Promotions
JT Plushies LLC may offer free standard shipping on qualifying purchases.
Free shipping eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, geographic restrictions, and promotional conditions will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders and destinations.
Any applicable exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email.
When tracking is available, the email will include the tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear.
7. Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur because of weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
JT Plushies LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing shipping delays.
Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer protection rights.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged or appears lost during transportation, customers should contact JT Plushies LLC.

JT Plushies LLC will investigate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is submitted, customers should contact JT Plushies LLC immediately.
We will attempt to correct the address before shipment when possible.
Additional shipping charges caused by customer-requested corrections or reshipments may apply when permitted by law.
10. In-Store Pickup
Customers may select in-store pickup for eligible orders.
A notification will be sent when the order is ready.
Customers should wait for pickup confirmation before visiting the store.
11. Preorders
Preordered products may have different shipping schedules.
Estimated release dates may change due to manufacturer or distributor circumstances.
Customers will be informed of significant changes when reasonably possible.
Preorders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Consumer Protection
JT Plushies LLC operates in Puerto Rico and recognizes applicable Puerto Rico and United States consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in this policy waives or restricts any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies.
